Werthold began in 2026. There are three of us, we work remotely, and the people you meet on the first call are the people who write the code. That is the whole company, and we are not going to dress it up as anything else.

Where we are right now

Werthold was started in 2026 by Mohd Sameer, Shaik Taazeem and Mohd Ibrahim. We began with a big ambition and a small team, in that order, and we are at the point where the work matters more than the pitch.

Being new has one obvious cost: we cannot point at ten years of launches, and if that is what you need to feel safe then an established agency is the right call. It also has real advantages. You get the founders on your project rather than whoever was free that week. We have the time to care about the details a busier shop skips. And our pricing reflects a studio building a reputation rather than one protecting a margin.

We would rather be judged on something you can check than on something you have to believe. So the offer is simple: have an independent developer review what we hand over before you pay the final invoice.

How we work

Three habits we do not bend on

The people you meet do the work

There are three of us and no bench to hand things to. If someone outside the three needs to be brought in, we tell you who and why before it happens.

Scope in writing, before the invoice

Every screen or endpoint listed on one page, with the price and the assumptions attached. When something genuinely changes we reprice that piece and show the maths.

We will tell you not to build it

Plenty of features can wait until someone asks for them, and some projects do not need us at all. Saying so costs us a line item and saves you a quarter.

What a week with us looks like

Not much ceremony, and nothing hidden until the end.

One call, thirty minutes
We walk through what shipped, what is next, and anything we need a decision on. If there is nothing to decide, we cancel it.

Every branch gets a preview environment. You do not have to wait for a call to see where things are.
Direct access, within reason
Message the engineers rather than an account manager. We answer during our working hours and protect the deep-work blocks in between.

You need a large team working in parallel

There are three of us, so we take a small number of projects at a time. If the work genuinely needs twenty people on it, an agency built for that will serve you better and we will say so on the first call.
You need a decade of case studies before you can sign

Some companies have procurement rules we simply do not meet yet, and that is reasonable. We are new, and no amount of copywriting changes that.
The scope has to stay vague

If the requirements cannot be written down at all, we would rather sell you a short discovery engagement first than pretend a number is meaningful.
