Structure first, then styling
Plenty of sites get handed over looking good and ranking nowhere. We start underneath the design: a URL scheme a person can read, one heading hierarchy per page, structured data, and internal links that tell a search engine how your pages relate to each other. That skeleton gets agreed in week one, so nothing has to be retrofitted later.
Speed is part of the build
We set a page-weight budget at the start and hold to it. Images are resized and converted before they reach a template, scripts are deferred unless they do something above the fold, and we test on a mid-range Android over a throttled connection rather than on the machine we built the site on.
